Intelier Orange Hotel - Benicassim

an ideal hotel, absolutely breathtaking views, incredible location to benicassim train station. air-conditioned, decent sized room with a private bathroom and a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet. good food, eggs and bacon.

The breakfast is pretty decent, I appreciated eggs and bacon...

The double room had effective air conditioning, comfy despite the summer heat. Housekeeping was great and kept everything tidy. The fridge in the room was a nice touch for snacks. I loved the balcony view overlooking the pool area. It was lovely to relax there. Only downside was the noise from the hallway at times. But overall, I slept well after a long day out.

Breaking it down, plain and simple

The large hotel featured a clean pool area with plenty of sun loungers. Breakfast was excellent, and the helpful staff secured convenient parking for us. Our room was spacious and boasted a mountain view from the balcony. Great overall value for money.

As it was a one night stay on the way to the North of Spain it was excellent for us. Its location in Benicasim was very good with excellent facilities.

We did not eat dinner as we do not like buffets, however the breakfast was very good

Staff were very helpful and room cleaning was good and frequent. Plenty of room around the pool and garden area and only a short walk to the beach.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with a refreshing outdoor pool and helpful staff who ensured I had everything needed for a pleasant stay, including easy access to nearby restaurants and shops.

While the overall experience was satisfactory, some facilities appeared worn and could benefit from updates.

The hotel could possibly do with more elevators, as you can wait a considerate amount of time when it gets busy.

a little quiet in the evenings - not looking for major entertainment but perhaps some other that what was buried down in the cellar would have appealed - very early to bed

The staff at Intelier are friendly and helpful, especially the chef, who accommodated dietary needs with care. The outdoor pool area is a lovely spot for relaxing after a busy day 🏊‍♂️✨

Really friendly and helpful staff. Good facilities, including a lovely poolside / garden area. Close to the beach and shops. Excellent breakfast.

The room service menu was awful and overpriced and the poolside bar menu was very basic and didn't change during our stay.

The entrance was very appealing, and the staff very helpful, the bedroom and bathroom was very accessable for my needs as a disabled person, the breafast Buffet was excellent and very well presented

it would have been nice to have had teee/coffee making in the room

Communication could improve, considering many staff struggle with English!!! The air conditioning units are quite loud and inefficient, which detracts from sleep quality!!! Enhanced maintenance on hallways would boost comfort significantly!!!
